Canoe Expedition Team

The Canoe Expedition Team was set up during our 1994 - 1995 training year to provide senior cadets enrolled in the Duke of Edinburgh Award Program a challenging outdoors experience second to none and the opportunity to meet the requirements for the Expedition portion of the award.  Conducted usually after summer camp in August, the Canoe Expedition is entirely planned by the senior cadets with little assistance from the staff aside from supervision during the week long trip.  This is a trip that will test endurance and build character.

In 2000 the last Expedition went on the French River for 8 days.  Read the Log

In 1999 the Expedition went through the southwest portion of  Algonquin Park for 8 days.  Read the Log

In 1998 the Expedition went in the Baron Canyon in Algonquin Park.

In 1997 the Expedition went through the northwest portion of  Algonquin Park for 7 days.
